Booking

• Clients must complete all forms for their date to be secured including deposits and contracts

• Clients must complete all payments prior to À La Carte team setting up

Backdrops

• Once backdrops and set up is installed there is no moving or tampering with rentals

• We add weighted bags to the back of our backdrops so that they are extra safe

• We supply the necessary plug-ins and extensions for any project that our rentals require

Picnics

• All place wear and utensils must be cleaned by clients and packed away with provided storage prior to scheduled pick up

• Candles are permitted from being lit- you may notice the wicks have been cut off to prevent lighting
